Cornastone is a leading information technology and systems integrator in the Southern Africa region with offices in Cape Town, Johannesburg and Namibia. The key objective for Cornastone was to align their proud history, culture and services with consolidating their brand and marketing initiatives.
Our approach was to facilitate objective dialogue and outcomes with the Cornastone team to identify low hanging fruit for tangible early wins, in parallel to moulding the brand and marketing strategy for the future strongly aligned to accurately represent their values, achievements, customer centricity and vision to all relevant stakeholders (i.e. customers, staff and the market etc.).
Cornastone collateral past and present at the time was collected and reviewed. A strategic session was held to determine priority, likes and dislikes, quick wins and key requirements to align to the business objective
The Cornastone Group consisted of 5 separate entities with the vision of consolidating this into one. The brand was consolidated on Social Media under one handle @CornastoneGroup on LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook. In additional, two of the three websites were collapsed into one pointing all enquiries to www.cornastone.co.za . This website is currently being maintained by Airborne ensuring performance is optimal and that content is current.
The Corporate Identity has been redesigned and implemented across company documents (presentations, proposals, meeting minutes, technical specifications, letterheads), branding (pull-ups, exhibition stands, banner walls, gazebos) and online (website and social media platforms). An array of promotional items has been manufactured to support marketing initiatives and messaging such as notebooks, executive pens, fan cushions, golf t-shirts, powerbanks, selfie sticks and many more.
We had the opportunity to combined elements of the above at the Customer Experience Management Africa Summit 2016 where Cornastone was the Platinum sponsor. Cornastone hosted 3 workshops (60min in duration) with 3 key speakers and 30 attendees respectively over 2 days. In addition, exhibition space was the central hub of the brand at the conference where members of the team got to demonstrate products and share with conference-goers everything Cornastone. This was hugely successful with the brand positioned exactly as envisioned.
In February 2017, Cornastone Enterprise Systems (Pty) Ltd was acquired by EOH – an IT service management company. We are excited and look forward to what the future has installed for this amazing brand and team.
